Danubian wine

Rubin Stanevo Ltd, which is part of Terraland Group, was established in 2013 and is active in the field of agriculture. All capital is owned by Tsun Tsong of China. They invested more than EUR 7 million and hired about 120 workers.

In 2013, the company purchased more than 4,000 acres of vineyards near the town of Lom. The vineyards are 7 to 13 years old, with a wide variety of grapes.

The arrays are located in the immediate vicinity of the Danube River, which is a prerequisite for proper and easy irrigation of the soil.

According to the latest financial statement (2016) of Ruby Stanevo Ltd, the company reported a profit of BGN 100,000 (about EUR 50,000).

“Bulgarian wine is not known in the Asian country so far, but its qualities are very good and after a proper campaign the drinks will find good reception”, said in 2019 the 30-year-old businessman Tsun Tsong, who has been developing a successful agricultural and IT business in Bulgaria for almost 10 years.
